AI Transcription Redaction protects businesses and their customers by automatically removing sensitive data during the voice recording transcription process. Redacted data includes:

  • Personally identifiable information (e.g., social security numbers, passwords, date of birth, etc.)
  • Payment card industry data (e.g., bank account and credit card information)
  • Personal health information (e.g., medication, patient ID, etc.)
  • Other potentially sensitive information like file names
