We have received reports of Entourage login issues from some of our customers. We currently have an open case with Microsoft regarding the login failures. At this point we do not have an exact ETA for resolution, but we have been provided with the following work-around which has proved successful for most of our customers:
Updated Login Information:
Domain: [Leave Blank]
Account ID: Type in your Primary Email address (UPN)
Password: Type in your mailbox password
Or
Domain: [Leave Blank]
Account ID*: EXCH0XX\Mailbox Username
Password: Type in your mailbox password
