Intermedia

Overview

Intermedia offers hosted SharePoint, the latest in collaboration technology. With SharePoint, your staff has access to an instant, powerful intranet where they can store documents, ‘check out’ files, and run blogs and wikis.

With hosted SharePoint, you get a managed SharePoint server within our datacenter and we charge you a small per-user fee each month. You don’t have to pay any of the hardware or software costs and we take care of the set-up for you.

Note: Intermedia currently offers Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 only with hosted Exchange. Web hosting customers can access Windows SharePoint Services 2.0.

To get started with SharePoint, choose the best description of your company:

  • ActiveSync for 3 - 100 users
  • ActiveSync for 100+ users

Deploying SharePoint in-house is a very expensive and time-consuming process. It requires thousands of dollars in up-front investment for hardware and licenses, as well as IT staff to manage the service. That’s why many companies are finding hosted SharePoint to be a much better option.
