Intermedia offers a unique ‘Concierge service’ to all of our Enterprise customers with twenty-five mailboxes or more. Once you have signed up, a dedicated Intermedia Concierge will call and walk you through the setup process.

During the first weeks of your account, if you have any additional questions, you can bypass the support department and call your Concierge via a direct phone number that will be given to you upon signup.

Intermedia’s Concierge service includes:

  • A dedicated Intermedia Concierge assigned directly to your account.
  • A direct phone number to reach your Concierge with questions.
  • Help from the world’s leading experts in Exchange, all of whom are Microsoft Certified.
